RETURNS ON APPAREL AND SHOES, WATCHES & ACCESSORIES
To return apparel (except swimwear), shoes, watches or accessories you must request for a Return within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a pick-up to happen from your address within 24 hours of receiving your request. Unless there's a delay from our end in scheduling for a return pick-up, you must ensure you return the item in a timely manner. As a promotional offer, we offer free returns to our customers.
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, plus another 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. We'll notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.
To request for returns, you must email us at Hello@ShareWardrobe.com with your order number, item name and reason for returning.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
